My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and had nice touches, like a tea/coffee maker. However, the room was quite hot due to a bar underneath, and a fan was provided only late in the evening, making it a bit uncomfortable. The service was absolutely fabulous, with the staff being welcoming and accommodating, even storing our bicycles. The location was perfect for exploring Rye, with the building having loads of character. The dining experience was good, especially with a delicious veggie fry up, but there were some noises outside during the night. Overall, a mixed experience with some great aspects but also room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were lovely, and we also had an evening meal at the hotel, which was very good too. The standout feature was the fabulous freestanding bath, though I was surprised it didn't have a shower. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

Staying at this inn is a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms, though spacious and adorned with rustic decor, can be noisy due to their location on the first floor and lack of proper bedding setup. However, they do offer a comfortable bed and a decent shower. The service from the friendly and efficient staff stands out positively, but the dining options may be a bit basic for some. The location is ideal for exploring Rye if you don't mind a bit of noise and light from the street. Overall, a decent choice for a short stay in the heart of Rye.

The room was quite large and had rustic decor, but noise from the first-floor location could be disruptive. The bed was comfortable, and the shower over the bath was decent.

The inn's location is perfect for exploring Rye, right on the High Street, but be prepared for some street noise and light in the morning. Great for a short stay to discover the town.

The dining options were a bit basic, but the food was perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. It might get noisy at night during the summer.
